IP address — collected automatically when you vote, used solely to enforce the one-vote-per-person rule. We do not store your IP with your email address.
Email address — collected only if you voluntarily provide it. Providing an email is optional; you may skip this step and still cast your vote.
Vote choice — whether you chose Red or Blue, stored alongside your email if provided.
Timestamp — the date and time of your vote submission.

We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics scripts.

2. How We Use Your Information

To enforce one vote per IP address
To count and display vote totals
To notify you by email when the vote threshold is reached and results are revealed
For internal analytics (aggregate vote counts only)

3. Sharing and Sale of Email Data

By providing your email address and checking the consent box, you explicitly agree that your email address and vote choice may be:

Shared with or sold to third-party marketing partners
Used by those partners to send you promotional emails and offers
Included in email lists sold to data brokers or advertisers

We will only share or sell email data collected from users who checked the consent checkbox. Users who skip the email step are not affected.

We do not sell or share IP addresses.

4. Your Rights

IP address records are retained indefinitely to prevent vote manipulation. Email addresses are retained until you request deletion or we cease operations.

Email addresses are stored in an encrypted cloud database (Upstash Redis). No passwords or payment information are collected on this site.

7. Children's Privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy at any time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
